This world is dark, but light is what makes it dangerous.
Children are only born from corpses as Foundlings. To survive, they must be adopted. Young Remy is finally learning to harness the magic of Tricks from his mentor.
But what happens if your Tricks are unusual, and your mentor is killed?
After an encounter with death leaves him blind, Remy is challenged by the strongest Wanderer alive. Forced to wander once more to find a new mentor, he struggles against the horrors of Twilight and his own blindness. As he begins to understand his strange powers, Remy unleashes something long forgotten by the world - rage.

Remy - A Foundling. A young boy who can’t control his power, or his emotions. But when he’s Beckoned by the Hearkening Hand, does he have what it takes to step up to the challenge?
Verin - An old Mentor. He’s wise. But not wise enough to teach Remy what he needs to learn. But can he save Remy and himself from his greatest threat yet?


Tio - A Wanderer. A young woman whose emotions have been repressed for the sake of the Doctrine. But once she witnesses rage for the first time, will she be able to resist its call?

Magic and Extremities
Blood is called Perflo in the World of Wander, and Perflo is consumed to create magic known as Tricks. The type of Tricks one can create depends on their fingers, known as Extremities. Each Extremity creates vastly different Tricks.
Extremities represent a Wanderer's humanity, and each dictate a different aspect of it. The Extremity shown the most on a Wanderer's hand is likely what kind of human they are.
